บทตัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินปัญหาทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยโรคลมชัก (WPSI) ฉบับภาษาไทย โดยศึกษาคุณภาพของแบบประเมินในด้านความเที่ยงตรงตามเนื้อหาด้วยวิธีการ แปลย้อนกลับ (Back translate) ความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นด้วยวิธี KR - 20 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกจากค่าสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนรายข้อ กับคะแนนรวม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยโรค ลมชักที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่โครงการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคลมชักครบวงจร ฯ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ จำนวน 200 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบประเมิน ปัญหาทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยโรคลมชัก ( The Washington Psychosocial Seizures Inventory) ประกอบด้วย 8 มาตรวัด ได้แก่ มาตรวัด Family Background(FB), มาตรวัด Emotional Adjustment(EA), มาตรวัด Interpersonal Adjustment(IA), มาตรวัด Vocational Adjustment(V), มาตรวัด Financial Status(F), มาตรวัด Adjustment to Seizures(AS), มาตรวัด Medicine and Medical Management(MMM) และมาตรวัด Over all Psychosocial Functioning(OF) จำนวน 132 ข้อ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า WPSI ฉบับภาษาไทย ฉบับนี้มีความเที่ยงตรงตามเนื้อหา สามารถวัดปัญหาทาง จิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยโรคลมชักด้วยเกณฑ์ความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ของ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 50 ขึ้นไป ค่าความเชื่อมั่นในแต่ละมาตรวัดมีค่าเท่ากับ .672, .893, .835, .801, .837, .894, .427 และ .941 ตามลำดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .958 อำนาจจำแนกพบว่า ค่าอำนาจ จำแนกมีค่าตั้งแต่ .214 ถึง .760 เมื่อตัดข้อคำถามที่มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกต่ำกว่า .200 ออกจำนวน 20 ข้อ พบว่า ค่าความเชื่อมั่นในแต่ละมาตรวัดมีค่าเท่ากับ .659, .895, .859, .818, .876, .894, .489, และ .943 ตามลำดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับมีค่าเท่ากับ .962 โดยได้ข้อคำถามที่สามารถวัดปัญหาทางจิตสังคมได้ดังนี้ มาตรวัด FB 8 ข้อ, มาตรวัด EA 29 ข้อ, มาตรวัด IA 19 ข้อ, มาตรวัด V 11 ข้อ, มาตรวัด F 6 ข้อ, มาตรวัด AS 15 ข้อ , มาตรวัด MMM 2 ข้อ และมาตรวัด OF 52 ข้อ

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop The Washington Psychosocial Seizures Inventory (WPSI) Thai-Version. The samples consisted of 200 epileptic patients at Chulalongkorn Comprehensive Epilepsy Program. (CCEP), King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. Samples were drawn by Purposive Sampling Technique. All completed The Washington Psychosocial Seizures Inventory that consisted of eight scales: Family Background (FB), Emotional Adjustment (EA), Interpersonal Adjustment (IA), Vocational Adjustment (V), Financial Status (F), Adjustment to Seizures (AS), Medicine and Medical Management (MMM) and Overall Psychosocial Functioning (OF) consisted of 132 items. To determine the content validity, all items in test were translated to Thai and back translated to English. The reliability and discrimination index were identified by correlation coefficients KR – 20 and corrected item total correlation, respectively. The research findings were as follows. The Washington Psychosocial Seizures Inventory (WPSI) – Thai Version had content validity in which all of the items measured psychosocial problems according to the agreement of 50% of qualified in item objective congruence. Reliabilities of eight scales were .672, .893, .835, .801, .837, .894, .427, and .941 respectively. The reliability of The Washington Psychosocial Seizures Inventory (WPSI) – Thai Version was .958. When the items was deleted for discrimination less than .200 (20 items) found that the reliability were .659, .895, .859, .818, .876, .894, .489 and .943, respectively. The items discrimination ranged from .214 to .760. The reliability of the overall inventory was .962. The quality items contained FB 8 items, EA 29 items, IA 19 items, V 11 items, F 6 items, AS 15 items, MMM 2 items and OF 52 items.
