การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรุนแรงของความเครียดและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ประเภทวิชาพณิชยกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาจำนวน 466 คนที่ศึกษาในสาขาวิชาการบัญชี จำนวน 177 คน สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ จำนวน 146 คน และสาขาวิชาการตลาด จำนวน 143 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทางด้านประชากร แบบทดสอบวัดความเครียดของดูแกน และแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียด การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS มาทำการวิคราะห์ โดยแสดงค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ไคสแควร์ การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ Independent t-test และ One-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง 75.8% ศึกษาในสาขาวิชาการบัญชี 38.0% และมีระดับความรุนแรงของความเครียดในระดับปานกลาง 57.1% ระดับต่ำ 40.6% และระดับสูง 2.4% ระดับความรุนแรงของความเครียดของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการตลาด สูงกว่ากับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชีและสาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับน้อยกว่า 0.05
นักศึกษาที่มีการวางแผนทำงานหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษามีความเครียดสูงกว่านักศึกษาที่มีการวางแผนศึกษาต่อ หรือทำงานและศึกษาต่อ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับน้อยกว่า 0.05 ยังพบว่าความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาและสัมพันธภาพ ระหว่างนักศึกษากับเพื่อนสามารถพยากรณ์คะแนนความเครียดได้ 10.5% การค้นพบที่สำคัญ พบว่า นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความเครียดปานกลาง ซึ่งมีปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระดับความรุนแรงของความเครียดคือ สาขาวิชาที่ศึกษา การวางแผนหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา ความคาดหวังของนักศึกษา และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักศึกษากับเพื่อน

Abstract

To study the severity of stress and related factors of the students at the higher vocational education level of the commercial study programs under The Office of Vocational Education Commission in Bangkok metropolis. Sampling groups were 466 students, who studied in the major of accounting (177), business computer (146), and marketing (143). The instruments used in this study were questionnaires for demographic data, Dougan's stress questionnaire, and factors related to stress questionnaires. The statistical analysis were perform by using SPSS software program for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, independent t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results were found that most of the students were female(75.8%), studying in major of accounting (38.0%), and the severity of stress of students was in moderate level 57.1%, low level 40.6%, and higher level 2.4%. The severity of stress of the students in major of marketing was significantly higher than those in major of accounting and business computer at the level of p < 0.05. The students planed to work after graduation had significantly higher stress than who planed to continue their education or who planed to work and study simultaneously at the level of p < 0.05. It was found that the expectation of students and the relationship between students with friends could predicted stress score for 10.5% in account. The finding showed that the majority of the students at the higher vocational education level had moderate level of stress. The factors related to the severity of stress were major fields, plan after graduation, expectation of students, and relationship between students with friends.
